This is a quick way to brew a coffee drink. It is enough to have a Turk at home, ground coffee and the necessary spices.

  • 2 tsp ground coffee;
  • a pinch of salt, ground cardamom and cinnamon;
  • sugar to taste.

The main principle of this preparation method is that the drink should not boil! First, coffee is poured into the Turk, slightly salted and the mixture is heated, occasionally shaking. Then add sugar, cinnamon and cardamom, gently pour boiling water over it. They leave it on the stove and wait for the foam to rise, then remove it from the heat. Then they put it back on and remove it when foam appears. This procedure is repeated 3 times. The finished drink is poured into cups.

To prepare this coffee drink, you will need not only spices, but also fruits.

  • Peel of 1 orange and lemon;
  • 4 tablespoons Sahara;
  • 4 cinnamon sticks;
  • 5 peas of cloves;
  • 80 ml of brandy;
  • 1 liter of freshly brewed coffee.

The peel is cut into small pieces and put in a saucepan, cognac and all the spices are poured in. This mixture is set on fire and immediately poured in coffee, covered with a lid and infused for 3 minutes, then filtered and poured into cups.

This is another way to make delicious ground coffee with an unusual aroma and taste.

  • 500 ml of water;
  • ½ tsp each cardamom, cloves and ginger;
  • 3 tsp Sahara; 4.5 tsp coffee.

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil, add cardamom, ginger and cloves, simmer for 15 minutes, then add sugar and coffee, leave on the fire for another 4 minutes, cover and leave for a few minutes to brew the coffee drink.
