Pita is a round, flat, unleavened bread. The dough is prepared from both premium wheat flour and wallpaper flour. Pita can be used as regular bread, or as a base for snacks or sandwiches. The bread recipe is quite simple. The cooking process will require some skill and time.

- 7 gr. dry yeast (1 sachet)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 250 ml water
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Sift flour.
Step 3
Add yeast, oil and salt to the flour.
Step 4
Knead the dough. The longer you knead, the tastier the bread will be.
Step 5
Roll the dough into a dough. Place the kolob in a floured bowl.

Cover with a towel and place in a warm place to raise for 1 hour.
Step 7
Take out the bun and knead the dough again for 7-10 minutes.
Step 8
Roll the dough into a kolob again and cover it in a warm place for 1, 5 - 2 hours.
Step 9
Roll out the finished dough into a bar and divide into 16 equal parts.
Step 10
Roll each piece into a bun, and then roll it into a 5 mm cake. thick. The diameter of the cake is about 15-17 cm.
Step 11
Cover the rolled flat cakes with a towel to prevent the dough from drying out.
Step 12
Heat a large, heavy-bottomed skillet. Place the tortilla on it and fry it over medium heat on both sides for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Wrap the hot cake in a towel.
