Delicious and simple cookies at the same time. A wide variety of ingredients can be used as a filling: cottage cheese, jam, cherries, etc. A quick cookie made using the proposed method will simply melt in your mouth.
Ingredients
- powdered sugar - to taste;
- jam - 1 can;
- flour - 6 glasses;
- sour cream - 300 g;
- margarine - 300 g.
Preparation
Place the margarine in the freezer in advance and chill the sour cream in the refrigerator. Then grate the well-frozen margarine with a grater into a medium-sized bowl, add sour cream and mix everything thoroughly.
Sift flour and add 1/2 cup portions to a bowl of sour cream mixture, knead the dough. Place the finished cookie dough in the refrigerator for exactly 1 hour.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator after the allotted time and divide into four parts. Roll the pieces into thin flat cakes. The thickness should be approximately the same as for dumplings.
Cut the cakes into 8 identical parts, you should get a kind of triangles. Place the filling of your choice in the base of each and roll the cookies into a tube. As a filling, you can use: jam, fresh cherries, jam, cottage cheese, condensed milk - everything that has enough imagination.
Put the whipped-up cookies on a baking sheet, turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees. Place the baking sheet in the middle and bake for 20 minutes, until the dish is golden brown.
The quick cookie is ready! It remains only to put it on a flat plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and you can serve it!
