Step 1
Place the ground coffee in a Turk. For a quarter-liter vessel, you need two to three teaspoons of finely ground coffee. Add two to three teaspoons of sugar and as much salt as will fit on the tip of the teaspoon. Stir all the ingredients in the turk.

Heat the water to a temperature of forty degrees.

Put a turkish pot with coffee, salt and sugar on a low heat. Warm up the mixture and fill it with warm water.
Step 4
Wait until the coffee starts to boil. Remove the turk from the heat and stir the risen thick.

Put the pot on the fire again and wait until the coffee starts to boil.

Remove the pot from heat and cover with a saucer for five minutes. After five minutes, you can pour the finished drink into warmed cups.
