Cheesecake is a traditional dessert of both European and American cuisine, which contains a thin cookie base and a thick cheese layer. The top of this dessert is garnished with fresh citrus fruits or berries. Note that this cheesecake is prepared very quickly and easily, using only available products.
Ingredients: • 350 g of Jubilee cookies;
• 160 g of butter;
• 150 g of sugar;
• 1 yolk;
• 2 large testicles;
• 0.5 kg. curd cheese;
• 35 ml. cream (33-35% fat);
• 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice or 1, 5 tbsp. l. lemon extract;
• 25 g flour.
Preparation
1. Put the “Yubileinoye” cookies into a bowl and crush them into small crumbs.
2. Melt the butter and pour into the cookie crumbs. Mix everything until wet sand and put in a baking dish, forming the base and sides of the base.
3. Send the form filled with cookies for 7-8 minutes in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Then take out the form, and cool its contents completely.
4. Remove the ingredients for the cheese layer from the refrigerator in advance so that they come to room temperature. This step is very important for cheesecake, so it's best to keep it in mind.
5. Put the curd cheese (room temperature) into a deep container and mix thoroughly with a spatula until smooth. Then add flour, sugar and lemon juice to the cheese. Mix everything with a mixer using only the minimum speed.
6. Drive eggs and yolk into the mixed curd mass. Stir everything again, then pour in the cream and mix again until smooth. Pour the prepared curd mass onto the biscuit base and smooth with a spoon.
7. Bake the cheesecake in a water bath. This means that the cheesecake pan should be in a container of water, and this container should be in the oven.
8. So, send the water bath with the form for 1, 5-2 hours in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 110-140 degrees. Baking times and temperatures are approximate, as each oven has its own characteristics that must be taken into account.
9. Remove the finished cheesecake from the oven, cool completely and garnish with kiwi, orange and tangerine slices. Serve with aromatic coffee.
