- Dough:
- - 150 g flour
- - ½ teaspoon baking powder
- - 75 g sugar
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- - a pinch of salt
- - 1 egg
- - 75 g softened butter
- - flour for kneading
- Filling:
- - 750 g cream cheese
- - 200 g sugar
- - 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- - 50 g corn starch
- - 3 eggs
- - 250 ml heavy whipping cream
- - 100 g of chocolate
- - 50-75 g hazelnuts (coarsely chopped)
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients to prepare the dough. Then add 1 egg and butter. Mix well. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for a minute. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Now let's prepare the filling. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites into a lather. Then whip the cream. Lightly fry the hazelnuts and chop coarsely.
Step 3
Combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg yolks and lemon juice until smooth. Add cornstarch and stir for a minute.
Step 4
Now add the whipped egg whites and cream to the resulting cream. Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath. Take about 1/5 of the cream and mix with melted chocolate, stir well.
Step 5
Take the dough from the refrigerator and divide into 3 equal portions. Roll out 2/3 of the dough and place on a greased baking dish. Roll out the remaining 1/3 of the dough into a long rope and press it against the walls of the mold. Pour the filling into the dough, then the chocolate mixture. Stir lightly with a fork. Sprinkle with hazelnuts on top and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
