It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 170 g softened butter
- - 1/2 cup sugar
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- - 2 egg yolks
- - 50 ml of whiskey or liquor
- - 300 g flour
- - 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For filling:
- - 900 g cream cheese
- - 1 cup of sugar
- - 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- - 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- - 100 g of chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- - 100 ml of whiskey or liquor
- - 4 eggs
- For decoration:
- - 100 g of chocolate
- - 100 g of hazelnuts
Instructions
Step 1
To make the dough, first whisk softened butter, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Then whisk the liquor, egg yolks, flour and salt.
Step 2
Combine both masses and pour the resulting dough into a 33X20 cm baking dish with parchment paper covered.
Step 3
To prepare the filling, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa until smooth. Add melted chocolate, cream, liqueur and lightly beaten eggs.
Step 4
Pour the mixture over the dough.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. When the cheesecake is ready, turn off the oven, but do not remove it. Leave it on for another 10 minutes. Next, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
Step 6
To decorate the dessert, break the chocolate into small pieces. Next, sprinkle the cheesecake on top with chocolate and coarsely chopped nuts.
Step 7
Delicious and hearty pastries are ready! Cut into small pieces (the cheesecake is very filling) and serve with a cup of tea or coffee.
