The name "entrecote" came to us from classic French cuisine. Entrecote is a dish made from a piece of meat cut between the ribs and the ridge, more often from beef. There are a lot of ways to prepare entrecote. The recipe presented includes the use of orange and grapefruit. Thyme and juniper berries used in the marinade will add a special piquancy to the dish.

- 1 grapefruit
- 2 oranges
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 7-9 juniper berries
- a few sprigs of thyme
- ground black pepper
- salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the orange and grapefruit into thin rings.

Chop the thyme.
Step 3
Add olive oil, thyme, olive oil, juniper berries to citrus fruits.

Mix the marinade well and pepper.

Marinate the entrecote in the marinade.

Marinate for 30-40 minutes.

Remove the marinated meat from the refrigerator and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Cut the remaining orange into 6 slices.
