It is necessary
- - 2 kg of beef,
- - 500 g onions,
- - 180 g lemon,
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beef and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the entrecotes into pieces (chop with bone).
Step 2
Peel the onions, rinse, cut into large half rings.
Step 3
Put a layer of meat in a volumetric container, on which put a little onion, press the onion with your hands (so that the onion gives juice), salt and pepper. Add another layer of meat and onions (press onions again with your hands), salt and pepper. Spread the remaining meat and onions in layers, press each layer of onion down.
Step 4
Pour the lemons over with boiling water, cut into halves and squeeze the juice, which pour over the meat. Pass the squeezed lemons through a blender, put the resulting mass on the meat. Sprinkle onion on top. Cover the meat with a lid or flat plate and refrigerate for two hours.
Step 5
While the meat is marinating, prepare the coals in the grill.
Step 6
After two hours, remove the marinated beef from the refrigerator. Put pieces of meat on a skewer, fry until tender. When roasting, make sure that the coals do not ignite (if a fire appears, extinguish it with water).
Step 7
Transfer the prepared shish kebab to a wide dish. Serve with fresh vegetables, gravy and your favorite drinks.
