Sometimes in the summer you want light and healthy food. If you are a lover or a lover of sushi, then try making rolls in a fruit version. They turn out to be very light, satisfying and vitamin-rich.
It is necessary
- -4 strawberries
- -2 small ripe kiwi
- -3 tablespoons honey
- -1/3 cup of any nuts (walnuts, pistachios, you can mix)
- -8 sheets of ordinary Chinese salad
- -1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions
Step 1
Boil water in a large saucepan. While boiling, gently place 8 Chinese cabbage leaves in a saucepan. Wait 1-2 minutes and take out. The bok choy should be clear and lightly cooked.
Step 2
Finely chop the kiwi and strawberries on a fruit and vegetable cutting board. Transfer them to a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Grind the nuts in a mortar or mixer. You can take a specific type of nut or mix different ones (walnuts, pistachios and peanuts).
Step 4
In case you bought a whole lime, squeeze the juice out into a small glass or bowl.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients together from step 2, 3 and 4 in one bowl. Do not forget to add honey and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6
Spread open Chinese cabbage on a plate. Start wrapping the rolls, gradually filling them with the filling.
Step 7
Sprinkle with lime juice on top and garnish with a mint leaf before serving.
