  • -2 small ripe kiwi
  • -3 tablespoons honey
  • -1/3 cup of any nuts (walnuts, pistachios, you can mix)
  • -8 sheets of ordinary Chinese salad
  • -1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

Step 1

Boil water in a large saucepan. While boiling, gently place 8 Chinese cabbage leaves in a saucepan. Wait 1-2 minutes and take out. The bok choy should be clear and lightly cooked.

Step 2

Finely chop the kiwi and strawberries on a fruit and vegetable cutting board. Transfer them to a bowl and set aside.
