A simple soup is a kind of basic food that should be in the arsenal of skills of every housewife and it is desirable to always be present in her refrigerator. Such a soup is quick and easy to cook for several days in advance, it is easy to whip up it later, or, if you wish, to create some culinary masterpiece on its basis.

- Carrots - 1 piece.

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the meat, cut it into cubes

Pour water into a saucepan, toss the meat in there, place the saucepan on the stove over high heat.

When the water boils, reduce heat to medium and skim off.

Wash and peel the carrots, peel the onions and send them there, in the saucepan for the meat, to cook.

Cook the contents of the pan, depending on the type of meat, from forty minutes to one and a half hours. Beef - an hour and a half, pork - an hour and a half, chicken - an hour, fish - 40 minutes.
Step 6
Periodically remove the foam that forms during cooking.
Step 7
Put the bay leaf and, if desired, pepper in a saucepan 15 minutes before cooking. Salt.
Step 8
Serve the resulting soup as a ready-made independent dish.
If you wish, season it with herbs, garnish with half a boiled egg, add croutons - all this can be done together or separately (and thus you will have several different soups).
Or pour the broth into an airtight, vacuum-proof container and refrigerate. Such a simple soup can be stored for several days, and then it is easy to make more complex sophisticated soups with a variety of ingredients on its basis.
