Tender pork tenderloin goes well with the sweet and sour taste of pomegranate sauce. This dish is perfect for dinner with friends with a glass of red wine.

- - honey - 1 tsp.
- - feta cheese - 100 g
- - olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- - pomegranate seeds - 1 tbsp. l.
- - black pepper
- - salt
- - pine nuts - 1 tbsp. l.
- - parsley - 5 sprigs
- - a clove of garlic - 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to wash and dry the tenderloin well. A deep cut must be made along the entire length.
Step 2
To prepare the filling, you need to cut the cheese. Add pine nuts, finely chopped garlic and parsley. To stir thoroughly.
Step 3
Tamp the filling well into the cut in the tenderloin, slightly pressing inward.
Step 4
Add honey, pepper, salt, oil to the pomegranate sauce and mix well. The sauce can be replaced with pomegranate juice.

Using toothpicks, gently fasten the edges of the pork tenderloin and pull off with a thread, creating a lacing effect. It is better to take the thread stronger.
Step 6
Liberally grease the top of the meat with sauce. Transfer it to a sheet of foil and wrap it, leaving a gap.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

When serving, cut into small pieces and pour over the sauce. You can also sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
