Do you want pizza, but the usual "Hawaiian" and "Margarita" are no longer attractive? Then this recipe is for you! An unusual combination of products in the filling gives the pizza originality and unforgettable taste. Juicy ham, crunchy radish, onion and two types of cheese, oddly enough, go well with each other, and will certainly surprise you. It is not necessary to start the dough on your own, you can take the ready-made one.
Ingredients for the dough:
- Flour - 1 tbsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons l.
- Water - 2/3 tbsp.
- Yeast - 0.5 tsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
Ingredients for the filling:
- Ham - 200 g
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Dried garlic - 1 tsp
- Cheese - 150 g
- Bulb onions - 1 pc.
- Radish - 2 pcs.
- Ketchup - 1 tbsp l.
- Spices to taste
Preparation:
- Start making the dough. To do this, mix flour with water, stirring constantly, and add salt and yeast. When the mixture is smooth, stir in one tablespoon of olive oil. Knead the dough and let it rest for 20-25 minutes, covering it with cling film.
- Roll out the resulting dough on parchment paper. Brush it with olive oil and then add the ketchup. Sprinkle the pizza base with aromatic herbs.
- Cut the ham into thin slices. Spread the pieces neatly over the dough.
- Wash and peel the radishes. Slice it into slices. Place in empty spaces next to the ham.
- Cut the cheese into cubes and place on top of the ham and radish.
- Peel the white onions and carefully cut them into rings. Place the resulting rings on the existing filling.
- Finely grate the hard cheese. Sprinkle a thick layer on the pizza.
- Sprinkle the dried garlic and spices on top of the cheese as desired.
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees. Put the pizza to bake. Bake for 15 minutes until tender.
