    • celery - 1pc;

    • Gravy:
    • giblets - 400g;
    • chicken broth - 500ml;
    • flour.

Instructions

Step 1

Chicken offal soup.

Place a pot of water on the fire. Rinse the giblets. Place in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and add roots. Reduce heat and simmer for about an hour, periodically skimming off the foam. Peel and dice the potatoes. Rinse and place in broth. Sort out the mushrooms and wash. Cut into slices. Peel and finely chop the carrots and onions. Heat a skillet with butter and saute vegetables until tender. Add prepared mushrooms. When the potatoes are boiled, add the vegetables to the broth. Bring to a boil and turn off the stove. Add chopped herbs.

Step 2

In sour cream.

Rinse the giblets, clean them from films. Chop finely and fry in vegetable oil. Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Add to giblets. Pour in broth, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until tender. Add sour cream at the end and keep on fire for a few minutes.

Step 3

Stew.

Peel the giblets from films. Rinse under running water. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the giblets in it. Then fill with broth or water, add tomato paste and simmer for half an hour. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots and onions. Place in a saucepan with offal and simmer until tender. Season with salt, pepper, add chopped garlic. Garnish the finished stew with fresh chopped herbs.

Wash carrots, onions, celery, peel and chop into thin strips. Fry in vegetable oil until tender. Rinse and clean the giblets. Boil in salted water. Then grind everything in a blender or meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper.

Gravy. Rinse offal, remove partitions and films. Put a pot of chicken broth on the fire and boil the giblets in it. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
