Raspberry Wine Recipe

You will need:

- three kilograms of raspberries;

- three liters of water;

- three kilograms of sugar.

Sort out the raspberries and grind them with a blender. Take three liters of water, pour it into a saucepan, add all the cooked sugar and put it on fire. Heat the mixture to 60-70 degrees (the sugar must dissolve), then cool to 20 degrees and put the previously prepared raspberry puree into it.

Mix everything thoroughly, cover the pan with a lid and place the container in a dark, warm place for five days. Over time, strain the mixture and pour it into clean dry bottles, close them with corks (it is advisable to keep the corks in wine for several hours beforehand). Keep the drink in a cool place.

Raspberry Jam Wine Recipe

You will need:

- three liters of water;

- a liter of raspberry jam;

- a glass of raisins.

Boil water, cool it to 35-40 degrees and mix with raspberry jam and raisins. Pour the resulting mass into a bottle, pull an ordinary rubber glove (medical, can be purchased at any pharmacy) over the neck of the bottle and put the wine in a dark place for about 25-30 days.

As soon as fermentation is over (the rubber glove deflates, the contents of the bottle will become less cloudy), pour the wine into another pre-prepared bottle, close it with a lid and let it brew in a cool place for three days. Pour the finished wine into clean containers (carefully so as not to touch the sediment), close with corks and put in a cool dark place.

Homemade Raspberry Wine Recipe

You will need:

- three kilograms of raspberries;

- 200 grams of granulated sugar;

- two liters of water;

- 200 ml of alcohol.

Sort out the raspberries and, without rinsing them, fill them with a liter of water, add sugar and stir. Squeeze the juice out of the resulting mass, and pour the remaining mass with the remaining water, leave for several hours, and then squeeze the juice again. Mix the resulting juice with the previous one, pour it into a bottle and put in a warm place for 10 days.

Over time, strain the drink, taste it and, if required, add sugar and leave it in a warm place again until fermentation ends (it is easy to understand that fermentation is over, by this time the foam on the surface of the drink disappears, the wine becomes more transparent). Add alcohol to the wine, stir, pour into clean bottles and close them with corks.
