It is necessary

  • For chicken soup
  • - 2 liters of water;
  • - 1/2 small chicken (600 g);
  • - 4 potatoes;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 150 g of star-shaped pasta;
  • - 2 bay leaves;
  • - 4 sprigs of parsley;
  • - salt;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • For vegetable soup:
  • - 1 liter of water or vegetable broth;
  • - 300 g of white beans in their juice;
  • - 250 g of canned tomatoes;
  • - 100 g of pasta (feathers, tubes, spirals);
  • - 1 large onion;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 tbsp. flour;
  • - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • For sweet soup:
  • - 500 ml of milk;
  • - 150 g pasta;
  • - salt;
  • - 2-3 tbsp. Sahara;
  • - 10 g butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Chicken pasta soup

Thoroughly wash half of the chicken, place in a medium saucepan, cover with water and set on high heat. Wait for the liquid to boil, add a little salt to it, remove the formed fatty foam and cook the bird, reducing the temperature to an average value, for an hour. Then take it out and set it aside.

Step 2

Peel the root vegetables. Chop the onion finely and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan or skillet, heat it up and sauté the two vegetables until tender, 10 minutes. Cut the potatoes into cubes or wedges and dip in the broth.

Step 3

Remove the chicken from the bones, chop and add to the soup along with the pasta and bay leaves 10-12 minutes after the potatoes. Enter the frying there after 5 minutes and cook the dish for the same amount. Season with salt to taste, set aside and leave covered for 10-15 minutes. Pour it into bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Step 4

Pasta soup with vegetables

Place a saucepan on the burner and turn on high heat. Pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into the bowl. Peel the onion and garlic cloves, chop with a knife and fry until golden brown. Then add flour to them and stir quickly. Rub the tomatoes through a fine-mesh colander, pour the gruel into a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Drain the beans and transfer them to the tomato paste. Dilute it with warm water or vegetable broth, stir well and boil. Pour pasta into the soup and cook for as much as indicated on the product packaging. Season the dish with pepper and salt.

Step 6

Sweet pasta soup

Boil the pasta in salted water, put it in a colander and rinse under cool running water. Fill a small saucepan with milk and bring it to the point of simmering. Immediately immerse the prepared flour products in it and throw in a pinch of salt.

Step 7

Sweeten the soup and cook for 3-4 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally with a spoon or spatula. Divide it into portions and season with butter.
