Pilaf is a delicious dish that is always popular at the table. But it's rare to cook it in the right way, in a cauldron and on fire, in our realities. And to cook it on the stove is not a hassle. But with a slow cooker, pilaf turns out to be delicious and without unnecessary fuss.
It is necessary
- - onion 1 large head
- - 1 large carrot
- - garlic
- - rice 1 cup
- - meat 0.5 kg
- - spices for pilaf (cumin, cardamom, turmeric, curry, pepper, barberry) to taste
- - salt to taste
- - refined sunflower oil 40-50 ml
Instructions
Step 1
Pour oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl so that the bottom is covered. Put chopped onions and carrots in the same place. Set the "baking" mode for 25-30 minutes.
Step 2
Now cut the meat into small pieces and send it to the onions and carrots, stir, salt a little, add spices. Leave to cook until you hear a beep. Remember to stir periodically.
Step 3
Rinse the rice well, cover with water and let it stand for a while. After the beep sounds, put rice in a multicooker bowl, cover it with water so that the water is just above the rice level. Put the garlic, preferably straight in unpeeled whole wedges.
Step 4
Set the "pilaf" mode and wait for the sound signal. Usually your pilaf will be ready within an hour. Let it stand for a while under the lid (15 minutes) and you can invite to the table.
