It is necessary

- - 2 g dry marjoram,
- - 6 peppercorns,

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beef (it is better to use boneless meat), dry well with paper towels, or leave the meat to dry on its own at room temperature. Cut the film off the meat. You can cook stew with both beef and pork.

Cut the beef into small pieces. The size of the pieces is to taste. The main condition: they must fit compactly into jars.

Transfer the meat to a slow cooker along with allspice peas, salt and dried marjoram.
Step 4
On the slow cooker, set the "Stew" program. Since the meat will be stewed for 6 hours, set the timer for this time.
Step 5
Prepare sterilized jars in advance. After the braising program is over, divide the beef into the jars. Pour the juice formed during the stewing into the meat.
Step 6
