- Chicken fillet 1 pc.
- Leaf salad
- Arugula.
- Tomato 1 pc.
- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Fried sesame
- Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp the spoon

Step 1
We wash the chicken fillet, cut it lengthwise into two pieces. Simmer the fillets in a skillet with a little water until tender.

While the chicken is cooking, thoroughly wash and dry the herbs and vegetables.
Step 3
Put half of the salad on a flat plate, arugula on top, then cucumbers and tomatoes. We form two portions.

Season the finished chicken with your favorite spices and fry it a little in a dry frying pan until light blush.

Cut the finished fillet crosswise into pieces and lay out each half beautifully on top of the salad.

To prepare the sauce, you need to mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream, a tablespoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of mustard. You can add greens.
