This dish is very similar to the well-known eggplant rolls, only you will have to mess with the minced meat much less: you do not need to fry the eggplant strips, you do not need to fill each roll. Just put the eggplants on a baking sheet and send them to the oven. In terms of taste, the dishes are practically the same. The set of products is simple, you don't need much labor, you will get a delicious and especially satisfying dish.
It is necessary
- - 1 eggplant;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 tomato;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - 1 small bunch of greens;
- - a small handful of walnut kernels;
- - salt, vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the eggplant thoroughly, cut it in half, gently spoon out the pulp with a spoon.

Prick the tomato with a fork, release it in hot water for a minute, then gently peel it off.

Finely chop the tomato, onion, garlic and herbs.

Grind the nuts finely in a mortar.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Mix all the ingredients of the filling, salt a little.

Pour in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil and mix everything well again.

Divide the filling into two equal parts, stuff each half of the eggplant.

Put them on a baking sheet, previously greased with vegetable oil, put in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
