Sunflower seeds are a useful product from which you can prepare a variety of dishes. Unfortunately, only such dishes from seeds as halva and fried seeds are widely known. But this is a universal product from which you can prepare both appetizers, sauces and desserts.
Sunflower seeds have a high nutritional value due to their high content of vitamins and minerals. This (including vitamin B9 - folic acid). Contains in sunflower seeds. However, it is better to use seeds raw, since almost all nutrients are lost during the heat treatment. It is better to refuse from the most popular dish - fried sunflower seeds altogether, since it is fatty and high-calorie food, contraindicated for people prone to obesity. But in their raw form, seeds can improve the functioning of the digestive system, at the same time, satiety occurs faster, so the portion size is reduced.
You can cook both sweet and savory dishes from raw sunflower seeds: drinks, soups, salads, cakes, etc.

You can use vegetable milk from sunflower seeds both as an independent drink and as an additive to tea and coffee. The cake left after the preparation of milk should not be thrown away. It can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes.

Place the resulting mass tightly in a mold of a suitable size, having previously put cling film in the mold. Put the mold in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours. Put on a dish. Can be poured with a glaze made from several dry fruits, rubbed with water. You can decorate the dessert by sprinkling the surface with crushed nuts, any berries to taste. Cut gently into portions.
The cake remaining after the preparation of milk can be mixed with ground flax seeds, dried fruits, honey, put in a thin layer on parchment or special sheets and dried in a dehydrator - you get delicious ones that will not harm, unlike classic baking, neither the stomach nor the figure.
