Probably there is no such person who would not like (especially in the heat) seafood salad? And if you add ripe cherry tomatoes to seafood, then the pleasure from this dish will double. So how do you make Sea Salad?

I cook this salad in my own way, maybe not like everyone else, but the recipe is good because it is simple and very tasty.

Cooking time 20 minutes

For cooking we need:

- Shrimps (500 grams)

- Squid (500 grams)

- Mussels (200 grams)

- Arugula (50 grams)

- Cherry tomatoes (200 grams)

- Olive oil (tablespoon)

- Apple cider vinegar (to taste)

We add boiled and peeled shrimps to arugula, and there we also send boiled squid cut into rings. Add mussels whole, you can use canned ones.

Add the washed and cut cherry tomatoes to the rest of the ingredients. Cut half of the lemon into cubes with the peel and also add to the salad, this will give the salad extraordinary freshness.

Salt, quite a bit, add black ground pepper and season with olive oil, vinegar. Vinegar can be added as desired, since lemon is present in the salad, you can do without vinegar at all.

The salad should be eaten immediately, freshly prepared, not prepared in advance. Previously, you can only prepare seafood by boiling them for just a few minutes. The shrimps are boiled for 2-3 minutes after boiling, the squids are cooked for 4 minutes, depending on the size.
