Boiled pork is a cold Russian appetizer. This dish can be safely attributed to delicacies, because the meat prepared in this way turns out to be very tender and aromatic.
It is necessary
- - 1 kilogram of pork;
- - 300 grams of granular mustard;
- - 100 grams of olives;
- - 100 grams of olives;
- - 500 milliliters of mineral water;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - 1 head of garlic;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the pork meat and rinse it well under running water. Dry and set aside. Start preparing the marinade.
Step 2
To prepare the marinade, take a head of garlic, place it in a deep bowl, sprinkle with salt. Use a crush to crush the garlic until finely chopped. Grate the resulting garlic mixture well into a whole piece of pork so that all the folds in the meat are filled.
Step 3
Take black pepper and rub the pork thoroughly with it. The pepper should get into all the folds and holes that are on the piece of meat.
Step 4
Make cuts in the meat about one centimeter deep and wide. Insert olives and olives into these grooves, as deep as possible inside. Before stuffing the pork, do not forget to remove the bones from the olives and olives.
Step 5
Take a bell pepper, wash it and dry it. Cut into small pieces. In the pork, make the same cuts as for the olives, and place the pieces of bell pepper in them.
Step 6
To make the boiled pork spicy and aromatic, cover the piece of meat with granular mustard. To do this, put the mustard on the bottom of a deep dish, put boiled pork on top of it, grease the top and sides of which with a generous amount of seasoning. Do not worry about so much mustard, pork is a rather fatty meat, so it will not let the bitterness inside.

Take carbonated mineral water and pour it over the meat. The liquid should completely cover the boiled pork. Bubbles of sparkling water will help the marinade penetrate deep into the meat, making it more flavorful, softer and more tender.
Step 8
Cover the dish with boiled pork cling film and refrigerate for 5 hours. After the time has passed, remove the meat and place it on the foil. Roll the boiled pork into a roll, tucking the edges so that the juice does not leak.
Step 9
Place the boiled pork in foil on a baking sheet, pour out the rest of the water. This is done so that the meat does not dry out during cooking. Bake the pork in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for an hour and a half. Then turn the boiled pork over to the other side and bake for another hour.
