Spicy beef with mushroom sauce can be served with a side dish of baked vegetables or mashed potatoes. The dish has a rich taste thanks to the addition of hot spices.

- - 1 head of onion

- - 600 g of beef
- - 1/2 tbsp. red wine
- - 1 egg yolk
- - 100 ml cream
- - ground black pepper
- - salt
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - fresh herbs
- - soy sauce
- - 200 g champignons
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the red wine over low heat. Pour in soy sauce, add cloves, a little sugar, black pepper. salt and minced garlic. Stir the ingredients, but do not bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the meat into medallions and cover with the prepared sauce. The beef should be marinated for several hours.
Step 3
Chop the onion. Cut the champignons into thin slices. Fry the ingredients in vegetable oil until golden brown on the onion. Whisk the egg yolk and cream separately. Add the mixture to the mushrooms and re-fry for a few minutes.
Step 4
Fry the meat on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown, and then place in a baking dish.
Step 5
Pour the meat blank with mushroom sauce and put in the oven for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley sprigs or green onions before serving.
