It is necessary

  • - garlic - optional;
  • - dry herbs;
  • - salt - 2/3 tsp;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - potatoes - 10 pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

Potatoes should preferably be the same size. Peel it. Fill a large saucepan with cold water and add the peeled potatoes. The water will keep the potatoes from darkening and winding up. Remove the tubers from the water, cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces and place them in a plastic bag. Pour in vegetable oil, add dry herbs and salt.

Step 2

You can add garlic pressed through a press if desired. Inflate the bag and screw it up.

Step 3

Shake the bag so that the salt, spices and oil are evenly distributed over the potatoes. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. You don't have to cover it, of course, but then you have to wash it. Place the potato quarters on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Set the oven to 220oC and place the baking sheet inside. Bake the potatoes until they are tender and crisp. Serve hot or warm with cold milk, kefir, fermented baked milk or jelly. Can also be served with plain tomato salad.
