A salad with shrimps, herbs and vegetables is a great option for a light summer meal. Bright, sunny salad will cheer you up, satisfy hunger and fill the body with healthy nutrients and vitamins.
It is necessary
- - 250 g cherry tomato;
- - 200 peeled shrimps;
- - 40 g of arugula;
- - 1 small jar of olives;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 0.5 teaspoons of wine vinegar;
- - spices;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a medium-sized saucepan with water and put it on fire. When the water boils, dip the shrimp in it and cook for a few minutes. Drain the water, cool the shrimps and put them on a paper towel so that it absorbs excess moisture.
Step 2
Wash cherry tomatoes under running water and cut in half.
Step 3
We sort out the arugula, wash it and dry it with a paper towel, after which we tear it with our hands into medium-sized pieces.
Step 4
Remove seeds from olives and cut them in half.
Step 5
Prepare salad dressing in a separate bowl. To do this, mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and herbs.
Step 6
Put all the ingredients for the salad in a deep bowl, pour the prepared sauce into it, mix everything thoroughly and serve.
