Salad with fish and mozzarella will not only satisfy hunger, but also refresh on hot summer days. A juicy set of ingredients will invigorate and energize. If desired, the standard set of products can be supplemented with crackers or pine nuts.
It is necessary
- - red fish (salmon, salmon or trout)
- - 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- - salt
- - 100 g capers
- - 150 g mozzarella cheese
- - leaf salad
- - lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp. l. mustard
- - 1 head of red onion
- - balsamic vinegar
- - olive oil
- - 1 tsp spices for salad or Provencal herbs
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into thin slices or small cubes. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Cut the red onion into thin half rings.
Step 2
Cherry tomatoes can be left whole or cut in half. Cut the mozzarella into cubes or use a special cheese in the form of balls.
Step 3
Place half of the lettuce leaves on a flat plate. Arrange the pieces of red fish and red onion on top.
Step 4
Sprinkle a little lemon juice on the workpiece. Add capers and mozzarella cheese. Gently garnish the salad with cherry tomatoes.
Step 5
Season the dish with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Only one of these ingredients can be used if desired. Food can be laid out on a dish in layers or pre-mixed in a salad bowl.
