Step 1
Take a small saucepan and add 300 grams of animal fat and vegetable oil to it. For making margarine, it is better to use not sunflower oil, but any other oil, for example, olive, sesame, corn or flaxseed oil. For a flavorful margarine, try adding several oils at once. Fat can be taken both beef and pork. It all depends on your personal taste preferences and the availability of certain ingredients at home.
Step 2
Melt the fat over low heat. Mix everything well and simmer in a saucepan with the lid closed for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Pour the resulting margarine into a clean, dry, glass container. Pre-prepared small glass jars can be used. Place the lid tightly on the dishes and let the margarine set at room temperature. Store cooked food in the refrigerator.
