  • - butter - 150 g;
  • - sugar - 100-150 g;
  • - vanilla sugar - sachet;
  • - cream - 200 ml;
  • - vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat milk to 30 degrees, mix with a teaspoon of sugar and yeast. Leave the milk with the products mixed in it for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the yeast will gain activity.

Step 2

Wash the eggs, break them initially into a separate container, beat a little with a fork. Then add the eggs to the milk mixture and stir. Put one hundred grams of softened butter with the eggs.

Step 3

Sift the flour first, let it be saturated with oxygen. Sifted flour greatly improves baked goods. Combine the finished product with vanilla sugar, gradually add to the main composition. Knead with a spoon. Leave the resulting sticky dough in a warm place, cover with a towel.

Step 4

An hour later, when the dough rises, put it in a greased form with vegetable oil. Smooth the dough on the surface of the mold with your hands, which are pre-smeared with butter. Leave the dough to rise again for 25-30 minutes.

Step 5

Chop the sugar with the remaining butter. Next, dip your finger in vegetable oil, then in dough. Make indentations in it all over the surface. Fill the top of the semi-finished product with a mixture of butter and sugar.

Step 6

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Set the baking dish for 30 minutes. After removing the sugar cake from the oven, pour the cream over it. Put the cake back in the oven. Hold in the oven for 8-10 minutes, bring it to condition. Serve hot with milk.
