Tender turkey fillets are low in calories. Stewed in asparagus sauce with porcini mushrooms, the dish has a light summer taste and serves as an unusual side dish for new potatoes or rice.
It is necessary
- - 90 g butter;
- - 650 g turkey fillet;
- - 2 onions;
- - 180 g of porcini mushrooms;
- - 4 shoots of asparagus;
- - 0.4 liters of chicken broth;
- - 1 tbsp. l. pesto sauce;
- - 90 ml. cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the turkey fillet into small oblong pieces. Fry on both sides in butter until a delicious crust. Take the meat out of the pan and put it in a warm place.
Step 2
Saute finely chopped onion. Next, add finely chopped porcini mushrooms to the onion. Fry for another three minutes.
Step 3
Put asparagus on the onion with mushrooms (pre-cut the shoots into two parts). Fill vegetables with chicken broth. Add Italian Pesto sauce.
Step 4
Wait for the broth to boil and return the turkey fillet to the pan. We reduce the fire. Simmer the meat in the sauce for about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cream, stirring the contents of the pan continuously. Pour the selected side dish with the finished turkey gravy in the sauce.
