- For pizza with mushrooms and olives:
- - 500-600 g flour;
- - 6 g dry yeast;
- - 1 glass of milk or water;

- - 250 g of cheese;
- - 1 can of pitted olives;
- - 2 onions;
- - 1-2 tomatoes;
- - 1-2 tbsp. l. tomato paste or ketchup;
- - greens;
- - sour cream;
- - salt.
- For mushroom pizza with cheese:
- - 200 g flour;
- - 15 g of yeast;
- - ½ glass of milk;
- - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
- For filling:
- - 200 g of mushrooms;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- For the sauce:
- - 1/3 glass of water;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 3 tbsp. l. dill greens;
- - 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Pizza with mushrooms and olives
Make a dough. To do this, heat the milk and dilute the yeast in it. Add 3 teaspoons of granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons of wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Stir everything thoroughly and put it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes. Whisk the eggs and add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and mix well. Pour the egg mixture into the dough, add flour and knead the dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands. Form a bun out of it, transfer to a bowl, cover and set for 40-45 minutes in a warm place.
Step 2
Make your pizza toppings. Wipe the mushrooms very thoroughly with a damp cloth and cut into thin slices. Peel and chop the onions in half rings. Then fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil and, after 10 minutes of frying, add the onions to them. Continue to fry together until the mushrooms soften. Throw the canned olives in a colander. When the liquid drains, cut them into slices. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into slices too.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a layer about 1-2 centimeters thick and place it, slightly bending the edges, on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Apply tomato paste or ketchup to the dough, spreading evenly over the entire surface. Then put the mushrooms fried with onions, spread the tomato circles on top, then put the olives and sprinkle everything with chopped herbs. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Brush the pizza with sour cream and spread the cheese evenly over the surface. Bake the pizza in the oven at 160-180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Mushroom pizza with cheese
Combine warm milk, yeast, flour and vegetable oil. Knead hard dough from all the ingredients and put it in a warm place for half an hour to come up.
Step 5
Make the filling. Sort out the mushrooms, wash well or wipe thoroughly with a damp towel. Then cut into thin slices and fry in vegetable oil. Salt. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 6
Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk, then mix with lemon juice and water. Add salt, ground pepper and chopped dill. Mix everything well.
Step 7
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, brush it with butter and transfer to a flat, refractory mold. Put the fried mushrooms on top of the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour the prepared sauce over the pizza and place in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for half an hour.
