Grilled salmon salad is a hearty and tasty dish that is perfect for different celebrations, as it contains noble salmon, cherry tomatoes and other delicious ingredients. This recipe does not use regular grilled salmon, but grilled salmon.
It is necessary
- - 350 g salmon
- - 12 cherry tomatoes
- - 1 pack of salad mix
- - 1 medium pack of croutons
- - olive oil
- - 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - vegetable oil (as required)
- - salt, ground black pepper, curry and other spices to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the fish in running water, pat dry on a paper towel, place on a cutting board and cut into small pieces. Place the pieces of fish fillet in a deep plate.
Step 2
Combine a few tablespoons of olive oil with balsamic vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Put salt, pepper and spices in the mixture, mix everything thoroughly. Pour the resulting mixture over the fish, grind everything well and refrigerate for an hour.

To make the salmon salad more delicious, this recipe involves grilling salmon. Grease a grill rack with vegetable oil, place the salmon on top of it and grill on both sides until tender.
Step 4
Rinse in cherry water, pat dry on a paper towel, then cut into 2 or 4 pieces as you like. Take the salad out of the package, rinse it and dry it, and peel and finely chop the garlic or pass it through a garlic press, add it to the mixture in which the fish was marinated.
Step 5
Put salad, cherry tomatoes on a dish, top with grilled salmon, crackers, pour marinade over everything and serve. Salmon salad is ready.
