One of such delicious and beautiful salads is “Louis”, and one of its variants is “Louis” with salmon. Prepare all the ingredients and tools you need. Start work by preparing a mix of salads. Professional chefs tear their leaves with their hands. Try it yourself - cut arugula, lettuce and Lolo Rosso into pieces. Place them nicely in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Wash cherry potatoes, dry and cut into two equal slices. Fry the slices in olive oil until golden and appetizing. You don't need to peel the potatoes, just wash them thoroughly. With the peel, it turns out to be much tastier and more piquant. Cherry potatoes can be replaced with ordinary small ones, but they should be young, with a thin, delicate skin. Place the fried vegetable on the lettuce leaves.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges too. Put them in a salad bowl with herbs and potatoes. Make lemon sauce. Mix olive oil with lemon juice, add pepper and salt. Whisk the mixture. The sauce can be placed on a plate or poured into a separate container to take as needed.
