Pork shoulder is classified as premium meat. Due to the large amount of fats, it warms the body, restores strength. The sweet taste of pork allows you to combine it with fruits, nuts and prunes.

Step 1
Czech Meat will amaze with its aroma and softness. Stuff the pork shoulder with garlic. Rub with a mixture of salt, pepper, red paprika and mustard. Place the meat on a baking sheet and pour over with dry white wine. Bake in a preheated oven for an hour, periodically adding water. Peel potatoes, rinse under running water and cut in half. Then put back in the oven and bake for another hour.
Step 2
Pork shoulder goes well with spring vegetables. Rinse the meat under running water and cut it into pieces. Peel the apples, core them and cut into small wedges. Preheat a skillet and sauté them in vegetable oil. Place on a plate. Place the pork in the pan. Fry over high heat until tender and place in a container. Saute finely chopped onions in the same oil. Sprinkle it with flour and apple juice. Stir well and cook the mixture twice. Put back the pork, add the chicken stock. Bring the liquid to a boil, cover and simmer for about an hour. Add apples and seasonings a few minutes before cooking ends. Cut green beans and asparagus, boil in lightly salted water. Place the pork and vegetable mixture on a plate.
Step 3
Melon will complement the sweet taste of pork. Pass the garlic through a press and rub the meat with it. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with lemon juice. Wrap the meat in foil and marinate for an hour. Cut the melon, remove the seeds and rind, cut into slices. Make a longitudinal cut in the pork. Then insert a piece of melon into it. Heat a skillet with butter and fry the meat on both sides. Place in a baking dish. In another skillet, simmer the melon wedges and add to the meat. Cover the container with foil and bake in a preheated oven for half an hour.
