Required Ingredients

1) Water - 400-500 ml.;

2) Small oatmeal flakes - 2 cups;

3) Semolina - 0.5 cups;

4) Banana - 1 piece;

5) Apple - 1 piece;

6) Sugar - 3-6 tbsp. spoons;

7) Poppy - 2 tbsp. spoons;

8) Cinnamon - half a teaspoon;

9) Salt - optional.

Preparation:

Boil the entire specified volume of water. Pour small oat flakes (quick-cooking), semolina, sugar, salt into a bowl, gradually pour boiling water over this mixture, mix well and wait 30 minutes for softening and swelling.

Wash the apple, peel and core, rub on a fine grater. Peel the banana, mash with a crush (fork) until puree.

Add the grated apple, mashed banana, poppy seeds and cinnamon to the melted flakes and semolina, mix everything vigorously.

Lightly grease the baking sheet with oil, spread the dough with a spoon and smooth each cake 1 centimeter thick. Put the cookies in an oven heated to 200 ° C and bake for 15-20 minutes.

With the recipe for this cookie, you can safely fantasize, adding raisins, nuts, dried fruits, candied fruits, various berries to the dough, and an apple can be replaced with a pumpkin or pear, thanks to which the cookies will have different shades of taste and color.
