Both adults and children love cotton candy. Most often it is bought ready-made, but if desired and the necessary equipment is available, you can do it yourself.

Instructions
Step 1
Calculate the amount of granulated sugar. From 1 kg, about 80 servings of cotton candy are obtained.
Step 2
Dissolve sugar in water at the rate of 1 liter of water per 1 kg of sugar and put on fire. Bring the syrup to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add a drop of vinegar essence. For 1 kg of sugar, you need 3 ml of vinegar essence, and proceed from this ratio. Boil the mixture for another 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes until thick.
Step 3
Add food coloring if needed.
Step 4
Switch on the unit. Pour the prepared mass onto the edge of the disc. The syrup, when solidified, will turn into cotton candy.
Step 5
Switch off the unit and separate the cotton wool from the disc. Cut the cotton candy to the diameter. Take the first "semicircle" and roll it on the board into a tube. Do the same with the second semicircle. Cut the "tubes" into portions.
Step 6
Clean the disc thoroughly. If you decide to make the second portion of cotton wool now, the disc still needs to be cleaned.
