Cheese pizza, regardless of the types of cheese chosen for cooking, will look pale without sauce. It is better to start making pizza with it.
It is necessary
- - Frozen dough for pizza - 200 g;
- - Cheese of different varieties - 300 g;
- - Tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
- - Champignons - 100 g;
- - Arugula, parsley, basil to taste.
- Sauce:
- - Tomato - 1 pc.;
- - Garlic - 3 cloves;
- - Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
- - Oregano - 1 tsp;
- - Dried basil - 1 tsp;
- - Sugar - 1 tsp;
- - Olive oil;
- - Pepper and salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
So, you need to start with the sauce. Chop the tomato and garlic. Dilute the tomato paste with a little water. Heat a frying pan, pour olive oil on it, add garlic. While it is fried, you need to take good care of it so that it does not burn.
Step 2
When the garlic turns golden, add the chopped tomato to it. Fry for a couple of minutes, then pour in the tomato paste. This is still not a full-fledged sauce, but just a semi-finished product - to get a real one, salt the mass in a frying pan, add pepper, sugar, spices, boil everything.
Step 3
Turn on the blender, chop the sauce until not a single large piece of tomato remains. After that, it is better to warm the sauce a little more. It is suitable for both pasta and pizza. It can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, while it will not lose either its taste or aroma, especially if the dishes with it are previously sterilized.
Step 4
Now we are preparing vegetables and cheese. Cut everything into thin slices. Defrost the pizza base. When it's ready, roll it out and place it on a baking sheet that is greased with olive oil.
Step 5
Spread the baked crust generously with sauce, top with tomatoes, cheese and mushrooms. The more cheese, the better. The pizza should be kept in the oven for about 20 minutes, then taken out and sprinkled with fresh herbs.
