    • 2 tomatoes
    • 2 medium onions Red onions are especially good.
    • 2 cucumbers
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 0.5 cups salted mineral water
    • 1 pod of cardamom
    • greens
    • for the sauce:
    • 3 tablespoons tahini
    • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 3 tablespoons unsweetened yogurt
    • 2 tablespoons of water
    • ground black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into strips.

Cooking the marinade. Combine lemon juice, baking soda, finely chopped garlic, pepper, cardamom and salt.
