It turns out that delicious shawarma can be made at home. It has many advantages, for example, its composition is fully known, the cooking process is controlled. This appetizer is well suited to refresh yourself on a hike, on a picnic, or in the country.
It is necessary

- - ketchup;
- - mayonnaise;
- - garlic - 4 cloves;
- - tomatoes - 200 g;
- - Armenian lavash - 3 sheets;
- - chicken breast - 700 g;
- - white cabbage salad - 500 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the breast fillet from the bone and cut into pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the meat there, salt, add pepper and seasonings. Fry the chicken over low heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes. The meat should become softer and softer.

When the chicken fillet has cooled, tear or cut it into pieces and place the pieces in a deep bowl.

Go ahead and prepare the sauce. Combine 2/5 ketchup and 3/5 mayonnaise for a smooth pink mixture. Add minced garlic to the sauce. Add the sauce to the chicken and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Wash the tomatoes in water and cut into flat wedges. Start collecting shawarma from the ingredients. Cut three shawarma leaves in half to make 6 pieces. Place 1/6 of the kale salad on each leaf.
