Instructions
Step 1
Chop the chicken into 4 pieces, rinse in cold water. Place the chicken chunks in a large bowl, add the spices, pepper and salt. Rub the nutmeg on a fine grater and add to the meat. Mix everything well with your hands, leave for 20-30 minutes to marinate
Step 2
Cut the onion into half rings, the carrot in half and also into half rings. Cut the pepper into 4 parts, remove the stalk, seeds and cut into large strips. Chop the garlic with a knife.
Step 3
Take a foil, put a bow on it. On top of it, not very tightly to each other, put pieces of chicken, sprinkle them with garlic, put carrots and peppers on top. Cover with a second sheet of foil, wrap around the edges, squeezing the seam tightly. Transfer the resulting bag to a baking sheet.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, place a baking sheet and simmer for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160 ° C and leave for another 10 minutes. Turn off the oven, but do not take out the baking sheet.
Step 5
After 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet, open the foil and place the chicken on the plates.
