- - sour cream 100 g;
- - chopped horseradish 1 teaspoon;

- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, add a whole onion, parsley and dill stalks, fish spices and salt to taste. Bring to a boil and dip the pollock fillet in the broth. It is desirable to divide the fish into portions. Boil the fish in the broth for about 10 minutes over low heat after boiling again.
Step 2
Heat butter in a frying pan and fry flour in it. Then add sour cream, sugar and pepper and dilute with fish broth to the desired consistency. Then whisk the yolks, vinegar, horseradish and herbs separately in a blender. Gently pour the resulting mixture into the pan and remove from heat.
Step 3
Put the boiled pollock pieces in a frying pan, cover tightly with a lid and leave for 10-15 minutes. This is necessary for the fish to become saturated with the sauce and acquire the appropriate taste and aroma.
