Chicken wings are quick to prepare and delicious. It can be prepared for a festive table or for a seminal dinner.

- - mushrooms 200-300 g;

Step 1
You can separate the skin from the bone with a knife or finger (insert a finger under the skin and gently separate it from the bone in a circle). Leave part of the bone with the skin. To make the skin easier to separate from the wings, it is better to pre-soak them in cold water for 1 hour.
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Finely chop the mushrooms. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add fried onions, mushrooms and cheese to the minced meat. Mix everything, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix mayonnaise with chopped garlic.
Step 3
Stuff the wings with the filling, put on a baking sheet. Brush with garlic mayonnaise mixture on top. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, bake for about 20-30 minutes. Serve garnished with herbs and fresh vegetables. You can serve potatoes as a side dish.
