- Semolina cutlets with raisins:
- for semolina:
- - 210 g semolina;
- - 260 ml of milk;
- - 170 ml of water;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. Sahara;
- - salt according to your taste.
- For cutlets:
- - 310 g of thick semolina porridge;
- - 160 g flour;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 60 g butter;
- - 160 g of dark raisins;
- - some vegetable oil.

Semolina cutlets with jelly
Prepare jelly. Pour water into a saucepan, boil it, add washed berries there. Cook them for about 5 minutes. While the berries are boiling, add sugar, mix everything. Add 2 tablespoons of starch to a glass of water, stir. Then pour the starch into the berry mass and stir thoroughly. It turned out to be a thick jelly. Remove from stove.

Cook semolina. Gently add cereals to boiling milk, stir, there should be no lumps. Cook the porridge until the cereal is completely dissolved. Remove the porridge from the stove, let it swell and cool. When the semolina has cooled, transfer it to a bowl, break the eggs there, mix until smooth. Wet your hands, take some semolina, shape the patties and roll them in breadcrumbs. Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the resulting cutlets there, fry them over low heat until golden brown. Turn over periodically. Serve the finished dish with jelly.

Wash the carrots, peel them. Rinse and core the apples. Then cut the apples and carrots into thin strips.
