The word "cutlets" is usually associated with meat, but they can also be prepared from vegetables, including cabbage. With the correct implementation of the recipe, you get very tasty cutlets with an appetizing golden brown crust.

- One small head of cabbage
- 1 egg
- 1 sl. spoon of semolina
- 50 ml milk
- 10 g margarine
- dill
- vegetable oil
- salt
- sugar
- ground crackers
- sour cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the cabbage head, remove the green and damaged leaves, separate 250 g and chop into strips. Place in a saucepan, pour over boiled milk, add margarine. Keep on low heat until tender.
Step 2
Slowly add semolina, stirring quickly so that the semolina does not stick together into lumps. Continue simmering until thick, then remove from the stove and cool.
Step 3
Add eggs, salt and ground pepper to the cabbage mass, add half a teaspoon of granulated sugar. Add finely chopped dill. Mix everything well.
Step 4
On a cutting board, divide the mass into portions, make cutlets and roll in breadcrumbs. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place cutlets and fry on both sides. Ready-made cabbage cutlets have a beautiful golden color.
Step 5
Hot cabbage cutlets are laid out in 2-3 pieces on a plate and poured with sour cream on top. Bon Appetit!
