Unfortunately, it is not every day that you can afford to spend time preparing delicious homemade dishes. But if you wish, you can make something original from ready-made frozen cutlets.

It is necessary

    • packaging of frozen cutlets,
    • 200 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 15%,
    • 4-5 medium-sized mushrooms,
    • 2 tablespoons of unscented vegetable oil
    • half a large clove of garlic or one small clove,
    • spice
    • salt to taste
    • chopped greens
    • grated cheese - optional.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse, cut and sauté the mushrooms in vegetable oil. Champignons can be taken raw or frozen. Any vegetable oil suitable for frying will do. You can replace it with butter or margarine.

Step 2

Heat another skillet with vegetable oil over high heat. Place the cutlets on top of it. Place the lid on the skillet and reduce the heat slightly under the skillet.

Step 3

Add sour cream to stir-fry mushrooms. Season with salt and stir. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Use a spatula to turn the patties over and cover the skillet with the lid again. The cutlets, all the same, will turn out to be crispy, and the lid will protect you and your kitchen from oil splashes, and the cutlets under the lid will defrost entirely, and not just around the edges.

Step 5

When the cutlets are well fried on both sides, add the spices to the sauce and stir well. Use a spatula to transfer the cutlets to the sauce pan. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for fifteen minutes over low heat.

Step 6

Extinguish the heat under the skillet in the sauce. Crush the garlic, add it to the sauce and stir gently. Cover the skillet with a lid and let sit for five minutes. Cutlets in sour cream-mushroom sauce are ready. They can be served with mashed potatoes, canned peas, or stir-fried vegetable mix. You can sprinkle chopped herbs on the cutlets before serving.
