It is necessary

    • Packaging of puff yeast-free frozen dough
    • A pound of minced meat
    • Odorless vegetable oil
    • One medium onion
    • Spice
    • Salt

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the frozen dough from the freezer and leave it to thaw at room temperature without opening the packaging.

Step 2

Prepare the filling for the patties. To do this, peel the onion, cut it into quarters and scroll through a meat grinder. You can use a blender if the power of the device allows. Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil. Put the minced meat on it, add the rolled onions. Fry over low heat, stirring continuously, season with salt, add spices and bring filling until tender. Minced meat should be the color of boiled meat, but not overdried and without a crispy crust.

Step 3

Lubricate the blade of the knife with which you will cut the dough, cutting board and rolling pin with vegetable oil.

Place a slice of dough on a cutting board. Use a knife to cut the dough into six approximately equal pieces. You can cut each of these parts in half, but then the patties will be the size of large dumplings. Roll each part of the dough with a rolling pin, put the filling inside and pinch the patty. Place the patties on a greased baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake the patties in a preheated oven until the dough is browned.
