It is necessary

  • - water - ½ glass
  • - egg - 1 pc.
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • - apples - 5 pcs.
  • - crushed almonds - 100 g
  • - raisins
  • - lemon - 1/2 pc.
  • - sugar - 1 tbsp. the spoon
  • - cream - 100 ml

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare the dough, combine flour, water, egg and vegetable oil. Sift the flour through a fine strainer to make the dough more fluffy. Knead the finished dough well - it should turn out to be elastic and sticky. Remove in a warm bowl, having previously greased with vegetable oil. Cover with a towel and let stand for 30 minutes.

Step 2

For the filling, peel the apples, cut into small slices and pour over with lemon juice. The slices should not be large for the filling to be tender. Lemon juice is poured over so that the apples do not darken. Put the finished dough on a floured towel and roll out as thin as possible. Trim thick edges. Arrange apples and raisins, sprinkle with sugar and crushed almonds. The filling should not reach the edges by 1-1.5 cm.

Step 3

Roll up the strudel and place in an oiled pan, bent in a horseshoe shape (tuck the edges down). Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Take out, pour with cream (or milk), sprinkle with sugar and bake for another 15 minutes. The result is a soft frosting. When ready, let stand for 15-20 minutes and cut.
