Shop ice cream is especially important in the summer, and homemade ice cream is always! I want to share a proven ice cream recipe that is as easy as shelling pears to make. The finished dish turns out to be unusually tasty, has a natural composition and resembles the one that was in Soviet times and was prepared according to GOST. Most likely, after this recipe, you will no longer be able to buy ice cream in the store, but will begin to prepare it yourself.

- Main Ingredients:
- - cream of high fat content (preferably 33-35%) - 500 grams,
- - condensed milk (1/2 iron can),
- - vanillin (to taste).
- Basic equipment:
- - electric mixer,
- - a container for beating (a can or a saucepan),
- - a container for freezing (container).
Instructions
Step 1
Take a large container (a 2-liter jar or saucepan is suitable), pour high-fat cream (500 grams) into it. Ideally, we take 33-35% fat, but you can use less fatty ones, provided that the taste of the ice cream is less intense.
Step 2
With a mixer, begin to actively whip the cream.
Step 3
Add vanillin (to taste) and continue to beat.
Step 4
Add condensed milk (1/2 can). We continue to beat until thick. Condensed milk affects the sweetness of ice cream. Half a jar gives the classic sweetness of that very ice cream according to GOST. If you want the finished product to be sweeter, add more condensed milk.
Step 5
Transfer the thickened mass to a container and put it in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or better overnight.
Step 6
For the first two hours, every 30 minutes, remove the ice cream from the freezer, stir it actively with a spoon and put it back. This must be done so that it does not crystallize.
Step 7
You can decorate the finished ice cream with grated chocolate or grated walnuts, but believe me, it is amazingly delicious anyway! Enjoy the taste of childhood!
