Pasta is a fairly frequent and familiar guest on dinner tables. However, you can cook a huge number of dishes with them. One option is stuffed pasta.
It is necessary
-
- pasta;
- 500-700 g minced meat (meat);
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 onion head;
- 4 tomatoes;
- 4 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 5 tbsp. l. olive mala;
- 0.5 glasses of dry wine;
- 200 g of cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Choose the pasta to fill. You can use agnolotti - pasta, which is a large snail, or cannelloni - rather long tubes of large (about 2 cm) diameter.
Step 2
There are two ways to stuff pasta. You can first boil them lightly in boiling water, or you can stuff raw pasta. In the second case, the baking time will increase. Usually, these products are stuffed with meat or any other minced meat. Try the following recipe.
Step 3
pork, beef, pork and beef or minced chicken.
Step 4
Make the sauce. Pour olive oil into a deep frying pan. Peel 2-3 cloves of garlic and cut into thin slices. Fry until a pleasant aroma appears. Catch the garlic with a slotted spoon and discard.
Step 5
Peel the head of the onion. Cut it into thin rings. Fry in oil with constant stirring until translucent.
Step 6
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel and cut into small cubes. Add to the skillet along with the tomato paste. Mix everything well.
Step 7
Pour dry wine into the sauce. Both white and red will do. Add spices to taste: dried basil, black pepper, oregano and salt. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer. Grill for an hour, until about a third of the sauce is boiled down.
Step 8
Fry the minced meat in olive oil until tender. Season with salt to taste. Stuff each pasta with minced meat. Place them neatly in a baking dish and pour over the sauce. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Rub the cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle cooked pasta with cheese before serving. Bon Appetit.
