Step 1

The first step is to prepare the dough. To do this, first freeze the butter, then grind it into cubes, the size of which is approximately 1 x 1 centimeter. Then combine with flour and turn into small crumbs. Combine the following ingredients in a loose bowl: sour cream, 2 eggs and salt. Mix thoroughly and add to the creamy flour mass. Knead the dough and divide it in half. Wrap the halves with cling film and place in the cold for 40 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the filling. With mushrooms, do this: rinse them thoroughly and cut them into large pieces. Then place in a hot skillet with sunflower oil and fry for about 5-7 minutes. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and send honey mushrooms into it for a while. Thus, they will dry out and crunch.

Step 3

Roll out the chilled dough pieces with a rolling pin. Place one of the layers in a greased baking dish. Place the prepared mushroom filling on top of it and cover with the remaining dough. Fix the edges. Break the egg and separate the yolk from the white. Beat the first one a little. Brush the surface of the cake with this mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Make 4 cuts on the surface of the dish with a knife. In this form, send to the oven and bake until golden brown. Season the sour cream with salt and pepper.
